United StatesCORE - major disappointment with customer service
First purchase was never received... Justin, CORE customer service, asked that I submit a claim with shipper... I did but never recvd a paddle... Then, Justin asked if I wanted a replacement in 14 mm or 16mm... My response was either since they were purchased as club demos... Never recvd... Finally, I purchased another paddle for my personal use... Still awaiting paddle...Never buying from CORE again... Previous rec paddles bought for youth clinics were recvd... We will purchase elsewhere...
